Vinod Kaushik 

President of End Poverty is an alumni o the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). His vision informs the work of End Poverty and he strongly believes that rural India has a richness of resources unmatched in the world. Poverty in the area is a manifestation of skills to keep pace with a changing world and keeping exploitation at bay. With well conceived strategic interventions to strengthen and protect rural economies, 80% of India population can lead a healthier and dignified life. Rural enterprise development, strategic intervention planning, NGO networking, and CSR initiatives are the initiatives that will bring the change. He is skilled in conceptualizing, executing and managing agriculture and rural development projects for poverty reduction in South Asia. He can be contacted at: vakaushik@endpovertyindia.org

Dr. Rachna SIngh

Dr. Rachna Singh, Co-founder and Executive Director of End Poverty has worked in the field of education, business management education, written several papers on education. A Ph.D. from the University of Delhi, she has volunteered with a special education school in Canada, a special school for school drop-outs in Japan, has worked at MDI-Gurgaon, IILM-Gurgaon among others. The Kishori Shiksha Project of End Poverty for adolescent girls has brought some light in the lives of 738 young girls in Tijara and another 109 girls continue to learn with us. The Ajeevika Crafts Centre initiative of End Poverty for women in Tijara is moving slowly but steadily. She can be connected at rachna@endpovertyindia.org

Arun Goswami

The Managing Director of Metafrique for over 13 years, a graduate of the prestigious IRMA, Anand and the Govind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Praudyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Mr. Arun Goswami has a presence in several countries and is an entrepreneur whose vision for India is enriched with his international experience. His zest to contribute to the country brings him on board End Poverty.

Deepak Saha

Mr. Deepak Saha is a committed development professional and has dedicated several years to build up 'Jai Prabha' which works in Jharkhand. He has to his credit several awards such as the International Achievers Award by Indo-Thai Chambers of Commerce 2010, the Rotary International Special Achievement Award 2010, the Real Heroes Award by CNN IBN 2009, the Karmaveer Puraskar by Indian Confederation of NGOs 2009 and the NDTV and PCRF RTI Award 2009.

Rajmal Rathee 

Mr. Rajmal Rathee is a commerce graduate from the MD University, Rohtak. He has over 10 years experience in development sector accounting. Presently, he is a free lance account / audit professional and attached with several non Government organizations in preparation of accounts. Rajmal is Treasurer of End Poverty.

Neeraj Aggarwal

Mr. Neeraj Aggarwal is CA and ICWA with over 18 years of experience in the area of Finance and Accounting. He has worked with leading corporate houses like Ozone, Dabur India, Reliance Group etc. Currently he is working with Videocon Grouas G.M Finance and Accounting.


Jai Narain

Mr. Jai Narain is MCA with over 17 years of experience in the IT area. He has worked with different companies on verticals like Educaiton, Healthcare, Medical, Services, Manufacturing, Waste Management, Dairy Industry etc. Currently Jai is IT Head of NDDB Dairy Services, New Delhi.

EP Volunteers

Divya Haridas

Volunteer Coordinator at EP, Divya is working at the Clinton Health Access Initiative of the Clinton Foundation in New Delhi. Prior to this she worked at McKinsey & Co in Gurgaon. She has lived in Africa, Asia and the US. She completed her Masters and Bachelors degree in Biological Life Sciences from the US. 

Tejasvita Sahni

Tejasvita, a class ninth school student who joined End Poverty a year back. She felt the urge to do something productive in her life at the age of 13, and joined End Poverty to pursue this dream. She realises her potential to work, learn and share with people across cultures. She feels EP is the best platform possible, to fulfil this desire. She likes reading, studying and socializing. EP is her first recruiter. She is one of EP’s most deligent functionary. Now working with EP from Mumbai.

George Plammoottil

George read Economics at St. Stephen's college, Delhi following which he did an M.Sc. in Financial Economics at the Madras School of Economics. He has worked at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Hewlett Packard and is currently employed as a Business Analyst with American Express in their Risk Management division. He is also eager to see how EP's ideas and theories play out in the real world and feels that so far he has been rewarded with a great learning experience and the chance to make a difference.

EP Interns

Arjun Nair - 2011

Arjun, graduating as an MBA from IIM Indore in 2011has worked with Oracle in bangalore for 3 years. He has significant experience in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) domain and is planning on majoring in Marketing. He indulges with his creative side quite often and enjoys sketching, painting and clay modelling. He describes working with EP as an organisation committed to making a difference to the society. At the end of his internship he felt inspired to continue his association with EP as a volunteer once he finishes his education.

Judith Schneider - 2011

Pursuing her Masters Programme from the University of Leeds has just completed her month long research on Responsible Rural Tourism in the Tijara Block of Alwar, Rajasthan. She worked with EP for 1 month. She continues to be associated with the organisation.

Laura Zwicknagl - 2011

Pursuing her Masters Programme from the University of Leeds has just completed her month long research on Responsible Rural Tourism in the Tijara Block of Alwar, Rajasthan. She worked with EP for 1 month. She continues to be associated with the organisation.


Prabhleen Bawa - 2011

Graduated in Psychology from the Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi in 2011. Prabhleen made a consistent contribution to EP through the year August 2010 to July 2011.

Amelia Breeze - 2012

Student of University of St. Andrews.Amelia and Marcelina prepared and updated village profiles in which End Poverty works. She worked with EP for 1 month. She continues to be associated with the organisation.

Student of University of St. Andrews. Marcelina and Amelia prepared the programme for internships for End Poverty. She worked with EP for 1 month. She continues to be associated with the organisation.

Katharina Dorn - 2012

Student of University of Applied Sciences Augsburg (Germany) and studying International Management is an AISEC intern who will work as Programme Assistant on the vocational skill project of End Poverty. She will work with EP for 2 months.
